Envoy is an order management and communications app — it organizes your order info, drafts messages to companies, then sends them and tracks what comes back.
Today, we really only talk to companies when something goes wrong — order doesn’t show up, something breaks prematurely. But if there was an easy way to do it — centralized, streamlined, fast — maybe we’d talk to them more. Maybe we’d ask for more colorways in our favorite shirt, or give packaging feedback, or ask about donation practices.
